Deanna Barry

Deanna Barry, often referred to as "Dee," serves as the Partner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Incline Equity Partners, a private equity firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She joined Incline in April 2012 and has since been responsible for overseeing the firm's accounting, tax, valuation, and financial reporting functions.134

Before her tenure at Incline, Barry spent 15 years at PNC Equity Management Corp., where she held the position of CFO. Her earlier roles included being an Assistant Vice President in PNC Bank’s SEC reporting group and an audit supervisor at KPMG.124
