Deann Butler MA, MHA, MBA is a dedicated professional with a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of learning within organizations.

Her expertise lies in implementing process improvements, program management, and learning and development, along with coordinating communication for program initiatives and engaging stakeholders.

Deann holds a Doctor of Healthcare Administration degree with a focus on Health Insurance, Learning and Development, and Communications from the Medical University of South Carolina.

She also possesses a Master of Arts in Public Health Education and Promotion from East Carolina University, as well as an MBA/MHA in Health Care Administration/Management from Pfeiffer University.

Her undergraduate studies include a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Education and Promotion with a concentration in Community Health, also from East Carolina University.

Deann Butler is the Founder of Connected Consultants, LLC, and has previously held roles such as Director of Training and Development at Cityblock Health, Care Management Support Lead, Project Manager, Learning Consultant/Facilitator, and Care Manager at Humana.

Her professional background also includes positions as an Instructor at Central Piedmont Community College, as well as roles at American Cancer Society and Planned Parenthood Health Systems.

Throughout her career, Deann has demonstrated a commitment to continuous learning and development in areas such as technology, design, facilitation, and analytics.
