She has held various managerial and leadership roles in leading global IT solutions providers like NTT DATA Services and Dell, where she demonstrated her expertise in negotiation, automation, customer solution concepting, and team-building. Rhoades holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Management, Summa Cum Laude.
