Deana Cavanaugh

Deana Cavanaugh is a highly accomplished business manager with experience in managing projects, business development, and contracts administration. She is a Texas Tech University alumna with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Language, and an MBA in Business Management. She also earned a certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Texas at Austin – Center for Professional Education (CPE).

Cavanaugh's expertise lies in managing construction projects and handling tax incentives for energy companies. Her previous job titles include Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager at Lott Brothers Construction Company, Project Manager at Office Pavilion Houston, Project Manager of Tax Incentives (Energy) at alliantgroup, and Manager of Business Development Operations and Business Development Coordinator and Contracts Administrator at BLACKHAWK Management Corporation. At BLACKHAWK, she also served as Office Manager.
