Dean Roberts

Dean Roberts is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and private equity roles. Recently, he held the position of President of the Aftermarket Division at Milacron, a top provider of plastics processing technologies and industrial fluids.

During his tenure at Milacron, Dean successfully implemented an aftermarket culture, formulated a vision and strategy, revamped operations through organizational development, and spearheaded a new growth plan. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant aftermarket growth by establishing three new plant locations and acquiring a repair plant.

Before his role at Milacron, Dean Roberts served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Aftermarket sales and service organization at Electro-Motive Diesel. Here, he concentrated on delivering solutions that enhanced customer productivity and machine performance, leading to the initiation of two remanufacturing plants in North America.

Dean Roberts' educational background includes an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
