Dean Kelly

Dean Kelly is a successful entrepreneur based in New York, currently serving as the CEO of Gainful. Prior to his current role, he held executive positions at Zola and founded three global startup companies - HeyLets, Zanui, and Orbirental.

Dean's professional journey includes being an investor in multiple ventures and acting as an executive operator overseeing a $400m+ business for Walmart Global Ecommerce. His experience also extends to serving on the Board of Change Makers Rule Breakers and as the Head of Strategy at Football Federation Australia.

With a background in launching startups, fundraising, Ecommerce, and strategic partnerships, Dean possesses a wide array of skills in digital marketing, user acquisition, and growth strategy. He is passionate about community building, engagement, and solving complex business problems for multinational companies.

Additionally, Dean is actively involved in promoting and supporting new entrepreneurs from Australia in the SF Bay Area as the San Francisco-based leader of the UNSW Entrepreneurs and Innovation Group. Dean's educational background includes studying at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, UNSW for LLB/Com in Law and Finance, and Sydney Boys High School.
