With extensive experience in business valuations, he specializes in valuing private and publicly traded equity, debt securities, loan portfolios, tangible assets, and intangible corporate assets. Over the course of his career, Dean has worked on numerous projects to value businesses both domestic and international, ranging in size from small, closely held businesses to divisions of Fortune 500 companies. He has conducted these appraisals in connection with financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning, strategic planning, corporate restructurings, and division spin-offs.
