Dean Atkins

Dean Atkins is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at NorthBridge Partners, a leading commercial real estate investment firm, overseeing the firm's strategy, serving as General Counsel, and leading operations.

With a background in law and corporate real estate, Dean previously worked at Mintz Levin managing a national leasing and asset management program for a real estate private equity firm and was honored by the American Bar Association for his pro bono work in passing legislation to protect victims of sexual harassment.

Dean is actively involved in the community, serving as Co-Founder of Coffee Connectors, a board member at Inversant, and holding leadership positions in various organizations such as the Massachusetts Housing and Shelter Alliance and the Business Associates Club.

Dean is an accomplished academic, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Boston College Law School, holding a Master's degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, and earning a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.

Residing in Concord, MA, Dean shares his home with his wife and three children.
