As Business Development Director, I am looking to expand Adman's partnerships and portfolio on different markerts, accross all adformats and traffic types (desktop, mobile and CTV), on both buy and sell side. On this hectic times and competitive online marketing world, a wide approach when discussing and prospecting the market is needed to deliver better and more. ADman Media is one of the first Video SSP's in Spanish-speaking countries in video and native formats. Our technology allows advertisers to achieve their goal with innovative video formats, impacting them through our premium premium inventory. Founded in 2014, Tappx has been funded by Telefónica & Docomo Digital.As Head of Demand, I was in charge of:   - Account handling and prospecting, continuing with previous role, keeping the extra value earned.   - Guide, supervise and manage a team of Account Managers and Business Developers, providing support, having fun and through a can-do attitude, take the best of them.   - Growing the portfolio of partners, over achieving results during 3 Quarter, while continuing with top customer service.   - Searched for a different approach to make the business grow on other fields, like data, customer care, IT improvements, conference attending, events presentation.   - Inventory & ad fraud monitoring with internal and external tools plus.

Search for new deals with direct advertisers, demand partners & adexchanges on RTB:    - I worked on different DSPs, SSPs', Agencies and Advertisers integrations via different methods.    - I managed to develop and maintain an extensive network of partnerships with existing Demand Partners, improving and ensuring maximum profitability for the company.    - Through a long term and persistant job, I onboared many new Partners (DSPs, Agencies, Trading Desks, Ad Exchanges) by outselling Tappx mobile inventory.

Advertiser Business Developer

As team leader, with a big group of advertisers manager, in charge of main portfolio of company's partners, where I managed direct key advertisers for the company as well.The team was from 7 – 13 member’s, located in 4 different offices (Estonia, Spain, Bulgaria and Mexico), where I had to push my interpersonal and intercultural skills to help and guide the team.- Portfolio +800 advertisers worldwide portfolio of entertainment advertisers in Desktop, Mobile, In App and Video products (average monthly turnover --> 1M).- Training, mentoring through knowledge, lead and motivation all new comers.- Training and updating team on new processes, sales, work optimization via workshops.
