As a manager, I work to create amazing, custom guest experiences and optimize our talent to that end.  I also get to taste booze and buy stuff.

The Council on the Physical Environment (COPE) is the primary advisory board for students, faculty and staff to the administration of The Ohio State University on any matters concerning the physical campuses.  The council reviews and addresses issues of construction and campus growth, sustainability, and safety including some matters of public health.  As the chair, I was responsible for convening and conducting meetings, reporting on the council's activities and representing the committee to the university.  Through my year, COPE sought to address parking operations privatization, bicycle/transportation safety and capital allocation prioritization.

I assisted the office's communications and program development, including building and editing websites, drafting letters and other communications, and maintaining contact databases.  I also represented the office at public venues and assisted in meetings, events and corporate visits, conducted research and benchmarking, and processed data.
