Lipika Grover

Lipika Grover is a highly experienced professional with a background in Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial environments. She is skilled in strategy, operations, sales, client services, coaching, and leadership development. With a focus on designing memorable consumer and employee experiences, Lipika is passionate about innovation and collaboration. She obtained her Master of Business Administration degrees from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and the London Business School, and her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. Lipika has held positions at MURAL, where she specialized in sales enablement and event strategy, as well as at Lyric and Accenture, where she worked in revenue and growth and business strategy consulting, respectively. In her free time, Lipika used to work as a wedding & large-scale event planner and has now transitioned to focus on leadership coaching.
