Giordano Sassaroli is a seasoned manager with over 20 years of experience in leading transformative projects and programs. Throughout his career, he has applied digital technologies to create, rethink and deliver products and services. With a deep understanding of digital strategy and organizational planning, Giordano is adept at building teams and managing resources to execute with success.

Giordano started his career as a software developer and later became a software engineer, honing his skills in software design, architecture, and innovation consultancy. As the Head of Product Development and Management at ELITE, Giordano leads a team focused on product/service design, product operations, digital platform management, and marketing.

Giordano is interested in design thinking, simplicity, and innovation. With a high-school degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in IT Engineering, and a Laurea in Ingegneria (Second-level degree) in Software Engineering, Giordano is a lifelong learner.
