Sophie Highton is a hardworking and adaptable legal professional, who is currently completing the final year of the CiLEX Level 6 Diploma with a focus on various areas of law. She is expected to graduate as a Chartered Legal Executive in August 2017. With experience in a vast range of paralegal and administrative work across several sectors, including Employment, Commercial Litigation, Wills and Probate, Patent and Trademarks, Financial Markets, Projects, Corporate and Commercial, Sophie has a diverse range of legal knowledge.

Currently a Paralegal at Sheridans, she works in the Corporate Commercial Department, with experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Rounds, Company Incorporations, Group Restructures, EMI and Option Schemes, Sales and Purchases of Companies, Company Secretarial Work as well as General Corporate Matters. Sophie is interested in the possibility of secondment opportunities, in-house legal work, and the opportunity to travel and work in the USA and other worldwide countries in the future to further her legal knowledge.

Sophie holds a CILEX Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice, A Levels, and GCSEs.
