Tracey Richardson brings over 25 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition to the table. She is currently a Talent Acquisition Manager at UCB Pharmaceuticals, in Slough, Berkshire, responsible for recruitment across R&D, corporate, and commercial teams. Prior to that, she was the Principal Resourcing Manager at Vodafone Group in Paddington where she was instrumental in securing high-level roles such as Product Managers, Programme Managers, Marketing Managers, Content Specialists, and Senior Management roles in departments such as Consumer Services, Consumer Marketing, and Vodafone Money Transfer. Her experience also includes Tracey Richardson Consulting, where she delivered assignments to several public sector organizations and worked in partnership with SOLACE, Harvey Nash, and Tribal. During her time at Tracey Richardson Consulting, she provided executive search, interviewing, assessment, and project management of full recruitment campaigns for high-level positions.

Richardson has a wealth of knowledge across various sectors such as IT, Telecommunications, FMCG, and Public Sector primarily Local government. Her expertise and skills include conducting full recruitment campaigns, interviewing and assessment, executive search, and project management. Additionally, she has earned valuable experience in talent management and human resource management, working for established recruitment organizations such as Capita Resourcing and Highfield Human Solutions. She has also been accredited to deliver One Step in partnership with Highfield, which is a candidate management program designed to support individuals in getting back to the workplace.

Her educational background includes studying CIPD, Human Resources at Thames Valley University and studying at Maiden Erlegh. Recently, Richardson has been appointed as Business Development Director DSC Solutions to support their Talent Management business.
