Terry Ward, the President and CEO of Country Community Inc. and Real Estate Holdings Inc., is a remarkable entrepreneur with multiple talents. He started his professional journey as a disc jockey in Columbus's WCOL radio station and was featured on the cover of Billboard Magazine as the youngest DJ in a major U.S. market. He went on to work with the Houston Astros Baseball team as their Assistant Marketing and Sales Coordinator before making his first start as a restaurateur with the Texas Tumbleweed Restaurants. In 1991, Terry pursued his interest in real estate and began buying and selling commercial properties, eventually acquiring Friendswood Development's commercial real estate reserves. Since 1999, he has been focused on building Country Community's branded country experience communities for its residents, including successful residential/ranch properties such as TimberLake Village, Ranches of Brushy Top, and Legends of Tanners Ridge.

Terry has a degree in Communications from The Ohio State University, and he is a certified relationship coach with his wife, Darlene. He has built projects for companies such as Walgreens, The Woodlands Corporation, Hollywood Video, Kelsey Seybold Clinic, and St. Luke's Hospital, among others. His passion lies in creating connected communities and families that offer a unique experience to those who live in them.
