Deanne Carthy is a seasoned marketing communications leader with extensive experience in developing integrated strategies to tackle business challenges. With a degree in Marketing from the University of the Pacific, Carthy has built a reputation for delivering substantial business results through her expertise in various areas such as executive, internal, and external communications, brand development, storytelling, large-scale event marketing, employee community development, digital and social media marketing, demand generation, and product marketing.

Prior to joining Autodesk as Chief of Staff - Ecommerce & Customer Empowerment, Carthy founded Carthy Marketing and Communications Consulting, where she helped businesses navigate their marketing and communication strategies. She also worked at GoDaddy, where she held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Communications, Vice President of Community Development and Technical Brand. Before that, she served as Head of Internal Communications and Community Experience at SAP, Vice President of Global Marketing at SunPower Corporation, and held both Chief of Staff and Marketing Communications positions at Microsoft.
