Bronwyn Irwin is an experienced Practice Manager for Agriculture and Food Security at IRG/Engility with over fifteen years of expertise in market-driven development, program design, and evaluation.

She is an agricultural economist known for her focus on private-sector-led agribusiness development and her passion for integrating food security goals into the value chain approach.

As a Chief of Party for ACDI/VOCA's Restoring Economic Agricultural Livelihoods in Zimbabwe Program, Ms. Irwin successfully managed a team and enhanced outgrower networks of five firms, with a notable achievement of ensuring 58 percent of supported farmers were women.

With a diverse background in program management, technical services, and business development across Africa, South America, and the Balkans, Ms. Irwin held key roles such as IQC Manager for the RAISE Plus IQC for DAI, overseeing a successful consortium and winning significant task orders.

Her educational background includes a M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Michigan State University, complemented by fluency in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in French.
