Rachelle Sloss is a creative entrepreneur with a diverse range of experiences across multiple fields. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Whitman College. Sloss has worked in various industries, including apparel design, extracurricular education, product development, and non-profit management. As a strong analytical thinker and innovative problem-solver, she has led projects with limited resources in cross-cultural teams. She has founded and managed several organizations, including Youphoria Festivalwear, the Happiness Opportunity Project, and served as the Country Director of In Movement: Art for Social Change. Sloss has also worked as a facilitator for Partners for Youth Empowerment, a laboratory technician for NOAA, and a zipline guide for Alaska Zipline Adventures.
