She recently stepped down from her role as the Cleveland Regional Director of the Institute for Management Studies (IMS) where she oversaw the development and delivery of innovative and cost-effective management development series. With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant with the AllState Insurance Company, Cindy has developed extensive expertise in leadership development program design and delivery, meeting design and facilitation, wellness & stress management, performance consulting, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and interpersonal development.
Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is a trusted personal coach and mentor for leaders and front-line employees and is sought out as a keynote speaker across a variety of disciplines. Cindy is inherently an entertainer, and her teaching style is highly interactive, relaxed, and fun.
