Cindy Smith is a highly experienced and passionate leader in the field of employee effectiveness and engagement, leadership development, and personal growth. She recently stepped down from her role as the Cleveland Regional Director of the Institute for Management Studies (IMS) where she oversaw the development and delivery of innovative and cost-effective management development series. With over 20 years of experience as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant with the AllState Insurance Company, Cindy has developed extensive expertise in leadership development program design and delivery, meeting design and facilitation, wellness & stress management, performance consulting, emotional intelligence, mentoring, and interpersonal development.

Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Baldwin-Wallace College. She is a trusted personal coach and mentor for leaders and front-line employees and is sought out as a keynote speaker across a variety of disciplines.
