Manage a team of 3 Program Managers and 8 Project Managers across all 4 of our offices (Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Gainesville, Columbus). Manage the utilization of the agency by working with all team leaders to appropriately plan and allocate contracts. Work closely with the Finance Department managing revenue recognition across contracts. Work with our chief level executives to manage against yearly revenue goals. Manage internal agency work (i.e. New business pitches, conferences, agency website, etc.). 

Switched company over to a new Project Management system. Handled onboarding of all employees and clients to this portal (Workbook). Work with our Hiring department on addressing staffing needs based on forecasting. Mentor all program and project managers.

Group Revenue Director

Project managed both a team in our Philadelphia office and the Gainesville office. Created estimates based on scopes of work provided. Worked with account team members on creating client status documents and contact reports. Ran weekly team meetings reviewing the current work and key milestones occurring during the week. Worked closely with the Account Managers and Creative Director on planning and managing all current contracts within our team. Managed two accounts as the Account Executive, which involved managing the day-to-day client contact and overall relationship. 

Mentor and train new project managers within the Philadelphia office. Oversee their progress as they take on their own clients and teams. 

Work closely with New Business and Account Department on scoping and estimating proposals for new business and renewing contracts with existing clients. Worked with our CCO on managing, developing and launching our new Agency website. Post launch, continued to maintain all updates to the site within Wordpress.

Resource Manager

Develop project plans in tandem with the Account team, create schedules, determine timelines and milestones that protect the process, ensure job scope is kept in mind, and plan for future resource needs
Approve and be responsible for estimates
Review and manage progress according to the project plan; update project plan, when necessary
Review and manage hours; alert Account Management of possible scope creep and when projects are in jeopardy of going over budget
Enforce, modify and facilitate process of project plans in the interest of creating the best work possible while meeting agreed-upon deadlines
Share schedules and develop plans for resources with Director of Project Management
Review job hours and team timesheets on a weekly basis
Assess capabilities of the team and make recommendations on resource allocation
Work with the Director of Project Management to refine estimates and update best practices
Notify the Director of Project Management of idle or excess capacity
