Mateusz Balcerek is a seasoned Customer Success professional and Product Marketing Manager with nearly a decade of experience in the banking and entertainment industries. With a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cass Business School, a Master of Arts in Global Communication from the University of Southern California, and a Master of Science in Global Media and Communication from the London School of Economics and Political Science, Balcerek is a highly educated and skilled individual who has honed his craft to perfection.
For the past two years, Balcerek has been working remotely as a Customer Success Lead within Monzo Bank, one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the UK, where he and his team created a unique tone of voice to attract over four million customers at the moment, B2B and B2C combined. Prior to this role, Balcerek worked as a Customer Success Manager at Finch and held several other positions in the entertainment and banking industries, including TV Development & Global Licensing Assistant at Norman Lear's Act III Productions, Production Team Member at USC School of Cinematic Arts, John C. Hench Division of Animation & Digital Arts, and Executive Producer of TV game show at Wrocławski Klub ANIMA, among others.
Balcerek's education and experience are complemented by his exceptional skills in Salesforce (CRM), SmarterQueue (Social Media Management), Intercom, and ZenDesk (communication with customers), as well as Grafana (activity analytics). His expertise in SaaS Customer Success teams and Product Marketing across entertainment and banking industries has enabled him to create a unique value proposition for his customers, making banking easy and accessible to anyone.
