Keith Sturm is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in real estate investment sales, project leasing, and tenant representation. As Principal and CEO of Upland Real Estate Group, he has completed nearly $1.5 billion in national real estate investment sales, with expertise in the sale of net-leased investment properties. He has successfully closed deals for a wide range of properties, from Walgreens and Best Buy Company to Buffalo Wild Wings and Starbucks.

Sturm gained a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University's College of Business, giving him a solid foundation for his future career. He took on leadership roles in various organizations, such as being the Past President of the Minnesota/Dakotas Chapter of CCIM and the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association. His peers elected him to the board of directors of MNCAR, where he served a three-year term.

He has been recognized for his work, receiving a nomination to The Business Journal of Minnesota's "40 under 40" and serving as a Net Lease Summit Board Member for Commercial Property News.
