Kustaa Valtonen is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a focus on supporting startup companies. He has extensive experience in program management, particularly in infrastructure development, and is currently heading the Finest Bay Area Development Company's program management office. Valtonen is leading the project to construct the Helsinki-Tallinn tunnel, and he is overseeing the search for innovative solutions that can make the tunnel safer, faster, and more cost-effective.

In addition to his program management work, Valtonen is also a founding partner at Finest Bay Area Development Ltd. and has previously been a partner at Random Ventures and the managing director and owner of Valtonen Capital. He has held board positions in numerous companies in his investment portfolio, which includes Agens, Audiodraft, Valota, Wolf3D, Funderbeam, and Edunation, among others. Valtonen has a background in civil engineering and industrial engineering and management, having studied at Lappeenrannan teknillinen yliopisto.

As an account manager and project manager at Microsoft and Hewlett-Packard, Valtonen gained experience in sales and client relationship management. He has also worked in the service sales department of Hewlett-Packard.
