Andrew Picard is a visionary thought-leader with over 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles within both government and non-profit organizations. With a passion for developing human-centered programs and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, Picard has been successful in implementing and directing programs that support communities and statewide organizations. He has expertise in program design and strategy development, making a difference in the lives of others through continual improvement.

Throughout his career, Picard has demonstrated his skills in leading high-performing teams of 75 or more individuals, both external programmatic and internal business operations across HR, IT, and legal sectors. He has been successful in championing a mission’s exposure/interest and generating multi-million-dollar revenue growth through the development of grants and diverse funding sources from public, private (philanthropy), and corporate organizations.

Picard leverages his superb interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills to establish and retain key external relationships, foster collaboration and consensus, and lead discussions at public forums and board of director’s meetings. He is also proficient in launching and implementing technology solutions and systems for large regional and statewide customer-facing stakeholders.

Picard studied Political Science and Public Policy at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
