Courtney Baldasare is an accomplished communications professional with over 8 years of experience across various industries. She is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Magazine Journalism. During her academic years, she served as editor-in-chief of Southeast Ohio Magazine, a booking intern at Blackout Booking Agency, an editorial intern at Billboard, and a founding member of Thread Magazine.
Courtney began her career as a Sales Associate at various retail companies before transitioning into marketing and communications at All Campus Radio Network Editorial Department, where she served as Music Editor, Assistant Entertainment Editor, and Writer/Reporter. From there, she joined Southeast Ohio Magazine as a Web Consultant before taking on the Executive Development Program at Macy's. Prior to her current role as Account Director at Archetype, she served as a Senior Account Executive at LaunchSquad, Marketing Coordinator at Copious, and Editor-in-Chief at Soustheast Ohio Magazine.
Throughout her career, Courtney has built a strong reputation for her storytelling ability, brand voice alignment, and her ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with key media and internal stakeholders. She has worked with brands across tech, marketing, finance, music, consumer goods, and design.
