Nathanael Burt is a highly-motivated and multi-talented individual with a diverse background in software development, project management, and academic evaluation. He is a graduate of Colorado College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Romance Languages: French & Spanish. He also holds a Permaculture Design Certificate from Oregon State University. Nathanael has worked for several organizations, including Square Roots, Smartling, VerbalizeIt, Translation Excellence, and Global Academic Evaluators, where he has demonstrated his proficiency in continuously improving processes, managing projects, and developing software.

At Square Roots, Nathanael served as a Fullstack Developer and later as the Continuous Improvement Lead. His responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to improve processes and creating tools to track and manage data. Previously at Smartling, he was responsible for developing software to support translation workflows, and at VerbalizeIt, Nathanael created an analytics dashboard to track customer behavior. He also worked as a Project Manager and Interim Director of Operations at Translation Excellence, where he helped streamline the company's project management and operations. As an International Credential Evaluator at Global Academic Evaluators, he evaluated foreign academic credentials to ensure their compatibility with the US education system.

Nathanael is passionate about technology, sustainability, and social justice. He is a lifelong learner and enjoys taking courses and attending conferences to expand his knowledge and skills.
