Nigel Pepper is a distinguished leader in software engineering with extensive experience building high-performance software solutions ranging from distributed cloud compute services to data-driven web applications and APIs. With a multi-disciplinary background and an agile mindset, Nigel has worked across various industries and business sectors in Europe and the USA.

Nigel is a co-founder and VP of Engineering at PURE Group of Companies, where he spearheads the development of innovative and cutting-edge software solutions. Prior to that, he served as VP of Engineering and Director of Information Security at OneMarket, Director of Engineering at Westfield Retail Solutions (WRS), and Principal Consultant at Pepper Design and Consulting Ltd.

Nigel has an academic background in collegiate studies at Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth 1st College and a B.Sc from the University of Leeds. He has also held leadership positions in various tech meetup groups, including co-organizer at the Angular JS Meetup (ngNYC) and GORUCO.
