Jackie Hyland is a highly accomplished business executive with a wealth of experience in the venture capital and start-up ecosystem. She is currently serving as the Business Lead at ideas42 Ventures, one of the leading venture capital firms in the country. Jackie is an expert in finding, supporting, and investing in high-growth startups with the potential to disrupt entire industries.

Her educational background includes an MBA in Business that she obtained through a Fulbright Scholarship at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. Prior to that, she studied International Relations and Journalism, graduating with honors from Baylor University.

Throughout her career, Jackie has held a variety of executive-level positions in several organizations, including Vice President (VP2) at Republic, Advisor at Find Ventures, and Fellow at On Deck. She has also worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at Wizeline, Director of Global Gateway at Silicon Valley Bank, and as an Investment Analyst at Compass Group Asset Management. Furthermore, she has also worked as an Investment Associate at Venture Lab, and as a Fulbright Scholar at Angel Ventures.

In addition to her corporate work, Jackie has also launched and founded several organizations, including La Red de Mentoras at Vital Voices Global Partnership, a network aimed at supporting underrepresented women in business. Jackie has been recognized for her contributions to the industry and has been featured in several publications, including Forbes and Inc. Magazine.
