Vincent Phipps is a well-educated and accomplished speaker, trainer, and educator with a passion for leadership, communication, and public speaking skills. He holds an MA in Leadership, Communication & Management from Liberty University, an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Middle Tennessee State University.

Phipps has dedicated much of his career to teaching and coaching others in these critical areas, providing valuable guidance and expertise in interpersonal communication, public speaking, and leadership. As the CEO of Communication VIP, Training & Coaching, he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his work, helping individuals and teams build the skills they need to succeed.

Phipps has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Public Speaking at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, further showcasing his experience and expertise in this field.
