Amy Eberly is an experienced educator with a passion for improving education reform. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Individualized Study, where she explored the use of psychology in educational reform, from New York University. She then went on to pursue her Masters of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education.
Amy has held various roles throughout her career as an educator. She began as a Teaching Fellow and Civic Engagement Lead at Citizen Schools, where she gained experience in developing educational programs and fostering community engagement. Following this role, she completed a student teaching placement at Blankenburg Elementary. Amy then became a 6th-grade reading teacher at Cleveland Elementary School at Mastery Charter Schools where she was responsible for teaching and mentoring students. Currently, Amy works as a Community Program Coordinator at People's Preparatory Charter School, where she manages community outreach programs.
