Lani Raider is a seasoned food systems and food programs educator, sustainability innovator, and mission-driven entrepreneur with over two decades of leadership experience in the culinary field.

With a Master's degree from Harvard University and a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Lani has excelled in providing strategic planning and compelling solutions for food programs and long-term sustainability.

Throughout her career, Lani has focused on promoting food equity, food waste prevention, and sustainable agricultural and food production practices, as well as fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and eco-justice in the food industry.

As a leader, Lani has dedicated herself to educating chefs and home cooks, promoting sustainability, and addressing issues like food deserts, food waste, rising costs of healthy food, and food insecurity across different communities.

She has a track record of building collaborative partnerships, including founding the award-winning company NOBULL Specialty Foods, which aimed to reduce waste by utilizing B-grade produce in their products and advocating for sustainability, food justice, and health equity.
