Dwight Turner is a California State University-Sacramento graduate with a passion for food and community advocacy. He is a former Digital Media Consultant and Content Team Manager at Codspeak Productions and former Head of Digital Marketing Strategy and New Media Manager at Bed Buzz. He's also been a Technology and Digital Media Blogger at ZDNet Asia, Social Media Strategist and Online Research Consultant at Codspeak Productions, Online Brand Consultant and Social Media Manager at Lub d Hostel, Freelance Writer at CNNGO Bangkok, and Social Media Strategist and Online Research Consultant at Syndacast.

Dwight also co-founded Eating Thai Food and currently freelances writing for Bangkok Fatty.com. He was a Leadership Coach at the International Student Leadership Conference, an Educator at Chitralada Royal Palace School, and an English Teacher at Chitralada Vocational College. He was also a Blogger, Fundraiser, Event Planner, and Hug Giver at In Search of Sanuk and a Student Assistant at CalPERS.

Currently, Dwight works as a Janitor at Courageous Kitchen, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing food, shelter, and educational support for survivors of torture and trauma. He's also a Social Media Strategist and Online Brand Research Consultant at Codspeak, where he helps clients design, optimize, and create buzz on their online profile on social media channels. Additionally, he occasionally conducts customized, premium food tours in Bangkok, Thailand.
