Matt Krzysztofik

Matt Krzysztofik is a Scrum Master, Scrum Auditor, and Agile Coach whose goal is to help businesses optimize their processes to deliver high-quality products swiftly. He has extensive experience using JIRA and Confluence and is PSM/ CSM certified. Matt's servant leadership mindset enables him to build and strengthen Scrum teams while concurrently promoting self-management, self-organization, and collaboration amongst them to boost their productivity further. His experience also encompasses various IT projects, including web apps, an online currency conversion website, an online airline booking system that was once the market leader.

Matt has over ten years of experience working internationally and is a US and EU citizen who seeks to collaborate with teams outside the IT industry such as those in human resources, sales, and marketing.

Matt has studied at the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Kansas University, Fordham University, and University of Tampere. He has worked as a Scrum Auditor and Agile Coach at OBRUM, as a Scrum Master at ENEFAI, Johnson & Johnson, and E-business Partner. He was also a Product Owner at Bluecross BlueShield, as well as Jobs PL SA. Matt is a Prince2 certified and has expertise in Agile methodologies, HR recruitment software, candidate tracking systems, Kanban, lean startup, MVP, and Version One.
