Managed a portfolio of 200+ parent and alumni prospects rated with a giving capacity of $50K+ and directly solicited and closed five and six-figure gifts. Created, developed, implemented and executed an athletics specific stewardship plan.

Managed a portfolio of 150+ prospects rated $100K+ to fundraise, solicit and close major gifts for the Athletics Department. Assisted with the successful management of BC Athletics capital giving program (gifts of $100K or more). Aided the Asst. Athletics Director in devising comprehensive strategies for the engagement and solicitation of major gift prospects, as well as worked with with individual fundraisers to devise strategy with regard to athletics prospects. Served as primary contact for the planning of any development activity associated with the Director of Athletics.

Boston College

Associate Director, Capital Giving

Managed an annual fund which encompassed 4,500 donors and raised approximately $7M in revenue, and part of a team which fundraised $20M+  for athletics in 2010-11. Directly managed two Assistant Directors responsible for the internal operations associated with the department's annual fund.Responsible for fundraising and soliciting gifts from BC alumni, parents and friends for the Athletics Department's annual fund, with a primary focus of gifts $10K+.  Managed and oversaw the department’s donor-based seating program for men’s basketball and football.  Oversaw the preferred parking program for football, basketball and hockey for all donors to athletics.  Managed all direct mail and telemarketing efforts with an increased focus on electronic marketing and collaboration with University colleagues.

Associate Director, Flynn Fund

Responsible for fundraising and soliciting gifts from BC alumni, parents and friends for the Athletics Department's annual fund, with a primary focus of gifts up to $10K.  Included the coordination and execution of the department’s donor-based seating program for men’s basketball and football. Execution and coordination of the preferred parking program for football, basketball and hockey for all donors to athletics. Assisted in creating and executing direct mail and telemarketing efforts for the athletic department's annual fund.

Assistant Director, Flynn Fund and Development Operations

Assisted Associate Director with the coordination, monitoring, scheduling and travel arrangements for the Athletic Director, in addition to writing and preparing all correspondence from the Athletic Director for Development related activities.  Designed, produced and distributed stewardship reports for all endowed athletics scholarships. Provided support for all Athletic Capital Giving Officers in duties as assigned.
