Douglas Schiazza is a highly-experienced Senior Associate Dean of Campus Life with a background in higher education administration and psychology. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hope College and his Master of Arts from Geneva College. Over his career, Schiazza has held several key positions at major universities and colleges such as Williams College, Union College, Kenyon College, and Penn State University. He has worked as a Director of Residence Life, an Area Coordinator for Upperclass Students, and a Grad Assistant - Student Activities, among other roles. Currently serving as Senior Associate Dean of Campus Life at Williams College, Schiazza has shown great skill in managing and leading a team, along with fostering a safe and inclusive campus community.
