Robert Laycock is the co-founder of Yes We Can Community CIC and has been associated with various organizations such as North East Coaching Collective, Beacon Films CIC, and North East Together: Leaders' network for social change in different capacities.

He has held positions including Director at People Purpose Planning, Trustee at The Comfrey Project, Chair of Governors at Marden High School, and Chair of Trustees at North Tyneside Art Studio, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to the community.
