MJ Kim is an experienced Finance Manager with a strong interest in healthcare operations and management. With her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Minor in Business Institutions Program (BIP) from Northwestern University, Kim has an impressive background in the healthcare industry. She has worked for DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care services, as both a Senior Division Finance Analyst and Division Finance Manager, demonstrating her exceptional proficiency in financial analysis and management.

Prior to joining DaVita, Kim served in the Republic of Korea Army as a Sergeant in Reserve. She has also worked as a Redwoods Summer Analyst at DaVita, an International Group Intern at YMCA of the USA, and an International Development Intern at Phoebe Education Funds for Aids Orphans (PEFO).
