Ber Flynn is a certified Scrum Master with over 13 years of experience in designing, developing and deploying business software applications across various industry sectors. With a strong focus on risk-mitigated project delivery in an Agile manner, Ber has proven expertise in Scrum coaching, Sprint and Release planning and delivery, Stakeholder management, requirements analysis and documentation, as well as test planning, strategy, management, execution and reporting. Ber has also experience managing onsite and offshore resources and effort, as well as conducting risk, impact and dependency assessment.

Ber studied BSc (Hons) Zoology at University College Cork and has worked as a (contract) Scrum Master/Delivery Lead at Equal Experts, (contract) Scrum Master at News UK, and System Test Manager at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Virtue Fusion, Onetel, and Telco Global Ltd.
