Mali Schaefer is a talented designer and founder of Kyōkan Connection. She studied at Yokohama International School, OCAD University, and Hawaii Pacific University, gaining expertise in design, insights, and strategy. Mali has worked with some of the biggest brands, including Fresh Squeezed Ideas and in-sync Consumer Insight Corp, in various positions ranging from Senior Strategist to Director of Strategy. Her experience includes design research consulting, account management, WOM marketing, and concept development. Mali has also co-founded 人3 Hitosan, a design strategy firm. With her extensive background, Mali excels at connection design and has a passion for helping people understand and utilize human insights.
