Michael Sanderson is a highly skilled and successful CEO and Director with extensive experience in venture-backed and public companies. With a strong track record of creating and delivering shareholder value, Sanderson has participated in numerous successful capital raises and exits.

Currently, Sanderson serves as the CEO and Director of Medix Infusion, Inc., an asset he helped fund and launch alongside the founder, and President, Mr. Gus De Avillez, and prior partners and friends, Noro-Moseley Partners, in early 2020. Prior to this, Sanderson worked as the CEO of PierianDx, Inc., where he helped the company achieve record growth, new strategic-global partners, a strong executive team, and a successful $27M B-Round at a significant step-up in valuation.

Before his work at PierianDx, Sanderson founded and served as the President of RemitDATA, a leader in comparative analytics in healthcare provider operations. Additionally, he worked as the CSO of ChartONE, which had spun-out of QuadraMed in 2001. During his time at ChartONE, the company doubled from $40 to $80 million in revenue and later sold to Ciox Health.

Sanderson has also worked as an officer and sales executive at publicly-traded QuadraMed, a leader in HIM. During his tenure, QuadraMed transacted 18+ acquisitions and tripled to $300 million, which resulted in a >$1 billion market cap. Sanderson also served on the board of MediConnect during this time, which later sold to Mediconnect Global (part of Verscend).

Aside from his full-time roles, Sanderson consults with founders and investors to create rapid growth. His recent successful engagements include working with a Bain Capital-backed asset, an Allscripts/LabCorp-backed asset, a rural ACO start-up, and a multi-billion publicly traded company.

Sanderson graduated from ACU in 1988 and resides in Dallas with his family. He is active in numerous faith-based, non-profit organizations, and has studied Executive Management, Marketing, and Sales at Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business.
