Anne-Laure Herrezuelo is a multi-talented individual with a diverse professional background spanning two continents. After obtaining a Master's degree in Environment, Food Science & Agronomy from ENSAT, she worked with NGOs and local populations in South America and Africa. She later transitioned to Change Management consulting for MNCs and Governments, where she honed her facilitation skills. Anne-Laure then became the first Community and Program Manager at Singapore's largest co-working community and Google for Entrepreneurs' first tech hub partner in Asia. She was later elected as one of the Top 10 Community Builders for the Tech Ecosystem in Asia in 2017. In 2018, she founded her own creative consulting studio and exhibits her artwork at various events. Anne-Laure has a unique design framework and creative practices to help leaders unlock the creative confidence of their teams and drive culture change.
