Aaron Hartley is a music industry professional with over 20 years of experience in Nashville. A record collector from a young age, Aaron ventured into radio and eventually started his own record label and artist management company. He currently serves as the Director of Business Affairs at the Country Music Association (CMA), where he facilitates deals for the CMA Fest music festival and distributes agreements for the CMA Awards, CMA Country Christmas, and the CMA Fest television show. Aaron also manages publishing rights and works with industry unions like SAG AFTRA, AFM, WGA, and DGA for CMA projects. Off the clock, Aaron continues his love of music through vintage stereo equipment restoration and buying and selling records.
