David Bentley is a seasoned executive search and recruitment professional with over 20 years of experience in Central and Eastern European (CEE) markets. He has successfully completed more than 300 projects to date in various industries, including life sciences, IT, telco, automotive, engineering, and retail. Bentley is currently a partner at Arthur Hunt Group, where he focuses on delivering business-critical projects in human resources, project management, and outplacement.

Prior to his current role, Bentley held several leadership positions at SpenglerFox, including Global Practice Group Lead, Country Manager of the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Practice Group Lead in Technology. He has also worked as a Principal Consultant at Recruitment International in Prague. Bentley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Theory with a 2:1 grade from the University of Liverpool.
