E. Allison & Co., Inc., Slattery-Perkins P.C., and EY before joining ExxonMobil's Finance Development Program. During his tenure there, he held roles as Financial Analyst for Acquisitions and Divestments and Liquefied Natural Gas. Mr. Grona also interned at Chevron in Accounting Policy and External Reporting and at Tesoro Corporation in Internal Audit.
