Kandice Klumb is a multi-talented professional with an impressive and diverse background. She has a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations from The University of Texas at Austin. She has studied abroad in Kenya, Africa, and at the University of Lancaster.

Kandice is a professional coach, culture & leadership consultant at KLUMB LLC. She has also worked as a Principal Leadership Development Business Partner at National Instruments where she focused on linking leadership development with employee engagement and business performance. At Academic Programs International (API), Kandice was a Customized Program Manager. She traveled to BridgeEnglish Argentina as the Head TEFL Trainer and taught EFL at UD-UQ ELI and ILA Vietnam. Additionally, Kandice held the position of Associate Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle.
