Laura Freveletti is a seasoned professional in the field of corporate responsibility and strategic philanthropy. She leads The Allstate Foundation’s Youth Empowerment signature program, Good Starts Young. Her work integrates corporate volunteerism, cultural and civic initiatives and strategic philanthropy, focusing on service-learning where youth develop social emotional learning skills for life success. Laura is committed to building brand and enhancing organizational reputation through stakeholder engagement, effective communications, and community-facing activities. She is known for her inclusive and collaborative leadership style, and her ability to translate vision into innovative and results-oriented corporate responsibility programs.

Laura served on various non-profit boards throughout her career. Currently, she is the president of the Corporate Responsibility Group of Chicago and a member of the Community Involvement Roundtable at the Carroll School of Management Center for Corporate Citizenship at Boston College. Laura served as a development executive at YMCA of Metro Chicago and Lyric Opera of Chicago before joining Allstate. She also led the corporate volunteer program and Kraft Employee Fund at Kraft Foods. She earned her bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Louisville and holds a certificate in corporate community involvement from the Boston College Center for Corporate Citizenship.
