Harald Bjugstad-Holm

Harald Bjugstad-Holm is a versatile professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in leadership, sustainability, and communication.

He holds a Master's degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources with a minor in Social Economics from Norges Handelshøyskole (NHH), where he also completed his Bachelor's in Economics and Business Administration. Additionally, he studied Leadership and Navigation at the Junior Naval Officers School and pursued an exchange semester in Commerce and Economics at Queen's University.

Throughout his career, Harald has held significant roles in various renowned organizations. He currently serves as the Sustainability Director at Nordic Choice Hotels. Prior to this, he worked at Storebrand in different capacities, including as an Adviser to the CEO/Communication Manager for Sustainability, Commercializing Sustainable Investments, Communication Manager for Sustainability, and Management Trainee.

Harald's professional journey also includes roles in the public sector, having worked as a Speaker for the Ministry of Environment at Miljøverndepartementet and as a Project Leader for a Summer Project at Statkraft. Notably, he also has military experience, having served as a Commanding Officer/2nd Lieutenant on Combat Boat 90N in the Royal Norwegian Navy.
