Mauricio Felicio
Mauricio Felicio is a Brazilian and Portuguese professional with a diverse background in finance, strategy, and business development. He holds a BA in Business Administration from FEA - USP and an MBA in General Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Mauricio worked as a Portfolio Manager and Equity Analyst in Sao Paulo for Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and covered a broad range of industries while managing a Brazil Equities portfolio of USD 500 mln. He also held roles in several multinational organizations, such as General Motors, McKinsey & Company, and CSR Sugar, where he focused on strategic issues and business development. Prior to his current role as the Business Development Manager for Latin America at the World Economic Forum, Mauricio invested and exited successfully from two startups in Brazil: Fanor, a higher education company sold to Devry, and QuintoAndar, an online house rental company sold to Kaszek. With a passion for investments and technology, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his current position, responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining membership for the leading Latin American companies at the World Economic Forum in Geneva.
