Bethany Copeland
Bethany Copeland is a skilled attorney at Kirker Davis LLP with a passion for working in law, advocacy, and justice. She obtained her Doctor of Law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, with a focus on domestic violence, children's rights, and humanitarian law. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, Peace and Conflict Studies at Wheaton College. Bethany gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at both Hays County District Attorney's Office and Travis County District Attorney's Office, working on criminal cases. She also worked for Capital Area Private Defender Service as a Law Clerk, an Investigator Intern at Office of the Colorado State Public Defender, and a Student Attorney at the Domestic Violence Clinic. After obtaining her JD, she worked as a Human Resources Specialist and ESL Childcare Provider at World Relief. In her spare time, she was an International Services Intern where she worked with Restoring Family Links & International Humanitarian Law at American Red Cross. As a Student Attorney ad Litem at the Children's Rights Clinic, she worked with underrepresented populations and advocated for securing their rights.
