Beezy is an enterprise collaboration tool that applies an engaging user experience to manage knowledge and deliver actionable information across the corporate intranet. In 2021, Beezy was acquired by Appspace Inc, the leading global provider of workplace experience software.

Led team of scientists to automate and de-risk the pre-clinical phase of drug development. Accelerated drug discovery via a proprietary in-vitro genomic platform coupled with computational analysis to iteratively optimize structure-activity. Secured 5 million in equity funding, obtained research grants with EU FP7 and ENISA and built partnership with GSK's Open lab for diseases of the developing world.

Omnia Molecular

Led product in-licensing across emerging market subsidiaries (all regions except North America, Europe and Japan). Built and managed team of 7 local in-licensing managers in Brazil, China, India, Russia, Middle East, Africa and SE Asia. Developed in-house data analysis/collaboration platform for evaluation of in-licensing opportunities.

In-Licensing Director Emerging Markets

Built fully-fledged local subsidiary serving southern Africa (SADC) with 37 employees. Delivered growth through local launch of new medicines (both ethical and OTC), local strategic alliances and volume drive in pharmacy channel. Implemented one of the first wireless territory management systems for sales reps using hand-held devices and integrating customer-level sales data. Local sales doubled over the period to reach the equivalent of 10 Million USD.

Led strategy for 700 Million USD  world-wide pharmaceutical enzymes franchise. Developed and deployed global scientific marketing campaign. Created online disease management platform for cystic fibrosis patients. Expanded international sales by orchestrating product launches in emerging markets. Led product life-cycle through line-extensions and new indications. Managed internal projects such as reducing production bottlenecks to increase manufacturing capacity in the most capital efficient manner. Global sales rose 40% over the period.
